I ordered from this company, with a 3rd party payment system. The handbags did not arrived I attempted several times to contact both companies only to find the phone numbers were not in service and emails were unanswered. I called my Visa Card company they were very helpful in disputing and returning my payment. Coach Outlet Online is a SCAM, do not order anything from them.

These people are out of China and are frauds big time!! You made a smart move that you disputed this charge. I emailed them months ago asking where the purses were shipped from - no answer. I bought a lovely slightly used Coach on ebay for 40.00!! Check it out
