Nick Hiersche, the owner of coast 2 coast mixtapes placed an order for bus graphics, we completed the job but there were some issues due to the fact we were not given enough time to complete the job and client was unrealistic in some of his expications and ignored our advise on what could be achived on his paticular bus.

Multiple attempts were made to resolve the clients ledgitimate problems we agreed needed to be fixed and all attempts were ignored by client to resolve the problem so client choose to not pay the balance of his invoice or take a fair discount that would allow him to make the repairs with another company and is forcing us to take him to court.

The Alison Group is a 50 year old company and strives to satisy all its clients but some clients are just unreasonable and choose to be combatitive opposed to giving us a chance to resolve the problem that we were and are still willing to fix to his complete satisfaction.
