I got enrolled in a debt validation plan ovet a year ago in Oct, 2020 started paying that month, with Coast Porcessing which then went ot Litigation Practice Group.  They have not done what they said they would be doing.  They said they would send out lettes to amm the creditors I have.   This last month I checked with the creditors and none of them have gotten any infromation from this company.  I have tried to call the company I have emailed them and texted them without any result. 

They got ahold of me the other day and I told them I wanted to cancel program as I was informed by an attorney that it is not a legitimate business the adress they oprovided was an ups building.   They said they were legitimate and that it takes time for them to get down to business with contacting the  creditors.  I told them I had already spent $3124.33 and I believe that should have resulted in some type of information on what they had been doing.  They  just tried wot talk around it. 

They wanted em to stay with them.  But I absolutely refused.  I finally had to hang up as they just continued to talk over me.  Then I got a text message that they wanted to call again and talk to me. I told them I had already  talked to them.  I have filed a complaint with them and the BBB.  They have many bad reviews on the BBB.  I felt I needed to also send a complaint with another company that reports bad businesses.  I think businesses that treat people with such disrespect and don't answer their legitimate questions should not be in business and not have a good rating. 

The rating given them should reflect the bad reviews as much a good reviews.  Times are hard and we have a diligence to treat people fairly.
