I ordered a 12-month supply of contact lenses from Coastal Contacts about six months ago. Over half of the lenses were defective, either splitting in half or tearing the first time they were worn. Coastal's website says "satisfaction guaranteed"...but only if you don't open the product! How else do you determine that a contact lens is defective if you don't open the package first? Jeez...
