Camco Outdoor Specialties is another of Mr. Bergers buisnesses. The state still has no record for these businesses but he is conducting business under the names of Coastal Buildings which is a DBA filed by Josette Cook and Camco Outdoor Specialties. He was also recently placed on 5 years probation for crimes out of Victoria County. There is also a warrant for his arrest out of Brazos county that as of this update has not been served. He was recently arrested in Galeveston County for a warrant out of Uvalde on theft by check charges and is currently out on bail for this. He has an upcoming court date of November 19, 2012 in Uvalde for the theft by check charge. I have no doubt that these will not be the last charges filed against Michael Berger. Use these businesses with extreme caution.

New buisness name is Coastal Buildings but it is filed as DBA/ Josette Cook, Po Box 1734, Victoria Tx 77901. The Texas State Comptroller office has no buisness registered for her or the business Coastal Buildings but he is conducting business under the new DBA name. Coastal Metal Buildings is registered with the state but as July 16 it is "NOT IN GOOD STANDING". My guess it is illegal to do business in that manner but that dosen't stop some people. He has relocated and is conducting business in Bacliff, Tx. He still has a court date in Bryan, Texas on Aug. 30 not Aug 29 at 9:00 am.
