Order Placed: 06/19/2015

Website say "Fast shipping! 10 warehouses nationwide!"

06/30/15 I kindly asked for tracking number. Response was "will be shipped in 2 weeks", no "hello", or apology or even name of person who rights emails.

07/20/15 (3 weeks later) still no shipping info or updates. No response on my e-mail regarding this information.

07/21/15 I opened undelivered item case with PayPal. Seller: "I can cancel this order for you if you are not able to wait their lead time out".
No excuses or anything like that.

Who are "their lead time"?? This was simple order, needle & nozzle set for spray gun and somebody else is responsible but not seller.

They returned my money after PayPal case. Thanks to PayPal they had no choice. However, I don't have parts I need and they've just hold my money for over a month and never even tried to resolve this situation .

Dear Customer,

I was able to do a little work and find the orginal order and your correct, we dropped the ball on this order. First the item was on back order with the manufacturer. That information should have been passed on to you. I am not seeing that we informed you of this information. This was ordered when we were in our old system which did not allow us to send live stock, updates direct to you at the time of the order and allow you to track your order online.

As of April 1st 2016 we launched a new system that is starting to clear some of these issues up and we are pushing to provide the best information for all of our valued customers. We have been in business for over 22 years and have not made quick enough changes for the ever changing market. We are investing more this year and next year into new systems. This is going to allow for faster processing of orders and faster fill times. Currently we are up to 86.3% same day fill rate with shipments delievered to customers with in 2 business days. We want to raise that to over 94%. I hope you will give us a chance to make it right and call back in order with us again and allow us to fill your orders
