Cobbler's Express Oriental guy usually working there is a scammer, will not let you know ahead of time what charges for cary NC

The oriental guy who usually works there said he would punch holes in the watch strap. He never stated what that charge would be or even if there was one. Saw when rang up register. 2 or more dollars per hole for each one though already has the tool.

These guys are really money hungry and will do anything dishonestly for a quick buck. No sense of customer service...Legally, in the US, merchants need to tell customers wether they will be charged and what it is to avoid sales deception. I would have happily paid the money and appreciated the service if he had told me ahead of time ...
