Cohen Commercial Equity has taken fees from my clients without funding their loans.
They claim to be a direct lender and take fees for "underwriting".
JOHN COHEN has at least two identities. He also goes by JOHN CORBIN.
Beware of this person. He is very internet savvy and has many email addresses.

I dont know any Brokers or customers in Stockton, CA name Bob, and this is some
fake and lie internet posting. OMG, i have never seen a company with 2 employees
witht the first name of John. this is the break through report of the century..get a life!!

Cohen Commercial Equity does not do Commercial business in California, and "yes" fees are collected by all Investors, Banks, Lenders to take care of Appraisal, etc. Client receives a copy of all reports and client control funds in Escrow.
