Colamoon cola moon Nonexistent customer service and shady cancellation policy Hong Kong Wan Chai

Tried cancelling my order a couple hours after I made it by emailing them (only way to contact). Sent another email the next day with no responses. A couple days after that I emailed them again and contacted on facebook to ask why my order isn't being cancelled and no one is responding.

They finally responded on facebook and said it could be cancelled with a 15% fee because it's been more than 24 hours (even though I contacted them twice within that 24 hour period). I told them just cancel it and have not seen a refund or any response yet.
