Doug Ducey is a con man. He has defrauded hundreds of honest, hard working people around the country of their savings and continues to do so to this day. Even worse, he recently merged Cold Stone Creamery with another company to create Kahala-Coldstone. The new company owns 13+ restaurant concepts, so the carnage is only going to get worse. Rumor has it that he even plans to take his crooked operation public. Amazing. Doug's amazing run may come to an end soon though. There are multiple class-action lawsuites on the horizon, so any potential investors had better think twice.
