Coldwell Offshore offshore-professional.com is deceiving the public.
1. They operate out of a Mail Boxes Etc. office. Pictures don't lie.
2. They say they for 7,332 corporations in Seychelles. However, there were not even that number of companies formed in Seychelles for the entire year. They are not telling the truth.
3. It is operated by two German boys who ran away from Germany and now live in Spain.
Be VERY VERY careful. I have heard stories about people not getting what they paid for. If they are going to lie to us and trick us, they will take our money too.

This offshore company service provider is VERY WELL KNOWN by internet fraud forums.We invested a lot of money and effort to find out the real location of this fraudsters.
Every single details about this company was false.
However, we found the real basement on Majorca close the city Santanyi. They move away from this place within several hours.
After 2 weeks later we found them again. Working in a small house also in Majorca between Campos and Dalt de Sa Rapita.
Before police was able to catch them (time differene of 6 hours) the house was emtpy.
All technical stuff away. Just only furniture was still there. Running away like rats.

New Scotland Yard was involed into this investigation process. Now this website is down since weeks. It seems to be highly dangerous re-open it.
But we found already out (on the web programmer site ELANCE) that they want to restart very soon!
We also know that a new basement is rented, with furniture and technical stuff. People sit there and waiting for the relaunch.
It rumors that the stay on Majorca again. Places like Manacor or directly the main city Plama. Also moving to Germany would be possible.
The real business owner behind Coldwell Corporation UK are:
1. false trading name: Stefan Bach real name: Stefan Brückl, German
2. false trading name: Kim Becker real name: Birgit Emilia Schütz, German
For sure the will currently do:
1. new company name
2. new logo
3. new domain name
4. new web design
5. new content or slight change of content
6. PDF brochures about 50 different offshore countries
7. offering offshore company formations again
8. offering offshore licenses again like bank, gambling, forex, hedge fund, university, pharmacy
Maybe like in the past in two languages like ENGLISH and GERMAN.
We want to catch them again for arresting.The only right place where this people has to stay!
