coleman law office is a consolidation company that is associated with federated financial who currently is under federal investigation, my wife and i went through coleman law offices to clean up our credit when we wanted proof of what creditors was recieving money the company refused to provide us with the proof, i had the military allotment going to federated financial for 3 mths and payed close to 1,000 dollars before we was refused the proof, now we are fighting to at least get refunded the fees totaling over 500+ dollars, if a person is paying money to a company and request proof of where thier money is going they have every right to get the proof

I also was contacted by this company, and I was like "Who is this comany and how did they get my number?" Well it turns out I went to DebtConsolidationCare.com and when I registered, this company "Federated Financial" was listed as the one to contact me about consolidation as they were "members of the BBB" - What a joke! First of all, they didnt call me to consult within 2 days, I had to call them.
I got some lady on the phone and asked "do you handle payday loan consolidation?" She was like "No, we only handle credit card ones because payday people dont want to work with us" - She asked about credit card debt, and I said I have none that I can't handle. Well for the last 2 days, I keep getting calls that come up on caller ID "Unknown" and voicemails from some guy named Jack McCarthy from Coleman Law that wanted to talk about my loan consolidation. - After they said that they dont DO loan consolidation, only credit card services! I looked on RipOff report and that's how I found out that Coleman Law and Federated Financial are one in the same company. The calls and voicemails are annoying but thankfully, I did not give them any money or return any calls.
