coleman taylor transmissions paid for services i didnt recieve memphis Tennessee

 i took my 2002 ford escape to be repaired and diagnos,my car would go in every gear but drive ,when put in drive it was like in park,it would only drive in 1st and 2nd not drive,they told it was the shift control cable and the neutral safety or trans range sensor not the transmission,said they could fix it for $407.00,this was friday may 17,2013,said my vehicle would be ready that monday the 20th by noon,called mr.throneberry that afternoon,he said it would be ready the 21st,same thing again called wed,the 22nd car still wasnt ready,so i deciced to go and get and update,when arrived the mechanic told me my truck had locked up and wouldnt come out of park,i called throneberry later and asked what was the problem he said they needed another part from ford and it would be ready friday the 24th,the 24th he called me and told me i needed to take it somewhere else to get it fixed,i told him thats what i paid you for,then i told him i was on my way down there when me and my wife made it he said my trck was fixed but when we inspected it ,it was the same way when we brought it stil wouldnt move in drive only 2nd and 1st,i told what u mean it fixed this is how it was,upon futher inspection i put my vehicle in park and it locked up and wouldnt come out of park thats when i told him he,s been paid and why isnt my truck fixed,then he said it was the trrans,lie upon lie if u didnt know what you was doing why didnt you leave my truck alone,i,m out of 400plus dollars and still the same problem,some one help me please
