This guy is a scam.   Do a google search on his name and scam and ripoff.  He will want half the deposits up front then he will disappear.

He will tell you items like "I am not doing a runner" and such, but do some research, he is a thief.

I have paypal records and contract that show such. 

If you want to be scammed use him, do not listen to his con game.

Absolutely true!

Colin Jarvis takes the 50% deposit, doesnt do the work and then cancel's the project and threatens to take you to a small claims/county court to recover the rest of the money. This guy is a rip off

Avoid at all costs!
