collegebookrenter.com rented a book and they accepted my payment yet held my payment for 22 days before finally telling me they didnt have the book. i contacted them three times prior to tonight Internet

this is a horrible company- do not use them!!!!!!! i ordered a book on the 27th of dec. and they told me they shipped it on the 28th of december.

i spoke with a live agent on 3 occasions because they did not update my tracking information and they assured me it would be taken care of.

Well it never was and then at 845pm 1/18/2012 they informed oh your book is outta stock and you arent getting it!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!

I have had this experience twice with this company and would strongly advise you to NEVER NEVER NEVER use this sight!
