I placed an order for a Brushless Electric Monster Truck for my Grandson as a Christmas gift Early November the only email I got back was the thank you for your order and my order number # 649 in the email was an explanation that when the order is shipped I would receive another email... as of December 20th I have heard NOTHING at all, no my grandsons Christmas is ruined. I even emailed them at support@coolieshop.com/order and no reply. They scammed me out of my money and the happiness of my grandson.
