Colombia House And National Recovery Agency, I joined Colombia House and asked for the first 6 movies that are .49 each. I paid for the shipping but did not ge the movies. I made several phone calls to report the problem, and was offered coupons to buy others. After repeated attempts to resolve, and filing with the BBB, it was resolved. Colombia House then sent my info to NRA who after two years filed a 50.00 default on my credit. Internet

After Colombia House refused to accept that I didn't receive the movies they stated thay sent me, and after filing and settling with the BBB of Indiana, Coombia House sent my information to National Recovery Agency. I was NEVER contacted by them, and this Arpil (09) a $50.00 dallor defaut was placed on my credit report lowering my score by 100 points. I have disupted the action and repoened the orgainal complaint with the BBB.
