I am sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. We sometimes have this experience with customers who do not take the time to understand the terms of the trial offer. There is a 15 day trial to test out the product and if you do not cancel within the 15 days you are charged the $69.98. You can cancel by toll free phone or email, it doesn't have to be in writing and not sure where you read that. We would prefer you use the toll free customer service line for any of your issues that need immediate attention. If you have still not received a refund please call (888) 610-3872 and someone there will be able to help you.
