Yes, you were ripped off because Nubod did not ship the product to you within the 2-week trial period and thus they charged you for the product for post-trial price.
Unfortunately, you may not get a refund due to Nubodi's terms & conditions.

As the saying goes, "buyer beware". Those "free trial offers" such as freecreditreport.com will charge you the full price of the product or service after the trial period unless you notify the company to cancel. Many consumers will claim ripoff because they did not read the fine print.

Trial Period and Billing

If Customer's payment is not submitted either by credit card or check within 30 days of the due date, Customer's Nubodi Supply will be suspended. Customer expressly agrees to honor all charges and fees due.
