Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After receiving several emails from this company, I finally decided to try their product. Web page looked legit, even had the symbol on it that it was a secure site. I ordered the product, they took the S&H out of my account and I waited. I am still waiting to receive the product. I tried calling them all last week, spent lots of money on long distance calls, and all I ever got was a recording saying "all of our agents are busy, but stay on the line and we will be with you shortley"....I have never gotten through to cancel my order, and now my bank account has had $89.00 more taken out. Something needs to be done to this company quickly.

Really, Susan! If you received that junk and had used it, and it caused you some lower GI damage, then what? Have you priced medical care lately? Hospitals can charge $10,000 PER DAY for a simple abdominal surgery stay. Do you have great medical insurance?
And beyond the medical bills, some medical proceedures can leave you with a severely degraded quality of life. I suggest you quit while you are not very far behind.... as it were.
