I have lived here for almost two years and have been late paying once, I was never able to get it back on track because every month since I was assessed not only a late charge $46. (which I didn't mind) but also a legal fee (when there has never been a legal action) and an additional fee of five dollars. Every time I check the fees are piling up more and more. I wan't to find out the legalities of these fee's and possibly organize and find an attorney to file a class action suit. I have numerous people waiting to hear what I find out here.
