Colorado Department Of Labor And Employment Character Assassinaion Denver Colorado Colorado

I feel as though I have been ripped off because several companies have assassinated my character along with others who worked for the same company. The reason I say such is because while working for goodwill industries several of my friends and neighbors were all wrongfully terminated during late 2002-early 2003. I can't explain it but several of us worked in different departments at goodwill, and yet we were able to come together and share our experiences only to find out that while viewing our paperwork many of us were labled as rude, insolent, insubordinate, and what made it so bad the same person at the colorado labor board had signed off on the same reports. I called several times, sent emails, did whatever I could do on the behalf of all of us involved, but was blown off. I believe if someone would pay close attention to how our wrongful terminations were filed ( most were close to the holidays, same month, and same week ). Many of us are people of color, and a few poor anglo saxons. It was aweful how they did us, and at the same time we were denied, some of us, our unemployment benefits. I wanted someone to help me, but no attorneys in colorado springs would even listening to us. Now I'm unable to get a job because of such that is on my labor board files. I was terminated because I'm a christian, and I was again wrongfully terminated by one of the largest school districts in colorado springs, school district-11, policy violation, it's a lie! All this on my record.

my concern is how the colorado labor board is able to continue to get away with assassinating peoples character to a point they're not able to be hired. My name is on a DO NOT HIRE list with school district-11. My question is how come no one is willing to believe me, or why hasn't no one bothered to investigate the files within the colorado labor concerning how they handle wrongful termination claims. We were unable to get support from Wendell Pryor of the colorado civil rights office because the labor board and civil rights office all work together. I want justice. I have many of the reports/paperwork from the other employees, especially those who have the same bad things written about them with the same verification code through the colorado labor board. It's like some kind of scam especially when quite a few of us were denied benefits. It's a different kind of scam or should I say rip off scheme. I want someone to contact me that justice may be served and I will either show them the files or fax them. If you show this to the labor board in denver of course they will deny it, but I have proof and three people at this time including myself will verify such an injustice, my friend L. Haggerty, C. Nevins Sr., and myself. I have our paperwok and a few of the others to prove what I'm telling you is the truth because I believe the evidence speaks for itself in this day and age.

Please help us bring to light what has been going on for so long that all of us who have been subjected by such corrupt behaviors can have our day before the world exposing corruption within these businesses and departments. They are paper shufflers, and if I'm considered a wave maker, so be it, I can't begin to get a job after the hatchet job they've done to destroy my name and character in this town.
