By violating federal law in every way possible! Colorado Technical University Online used telephone auto dialers and cold calling tactics to prey on innocent individuals posing as a higher learning education institution! The school, only acted as a recruiting MILL, and for profit mill to generate money by DEFRAUDING the "Department Of Education" and FAFSA, using predatory sales tactics to lure prospect individuals into a online degree program!

1. They beg you and bug you day and night to get you sign up for a bachelors degree program, in which you don't qualify for?

2. They mis-lead and lie using deceptive tactics to have a sign a contract, in which is all incorrect and untrue?

3. What university does not require a high school diploma to enroll? A Fake one! I never graduate from high school, and not once did they ever ask or request a high school transcript! I notified the school before signing any contract or application that i did not have a HS diploma or GED? The Advisor said you don't need one, all you need to do to enroll is sign a attestation form stating i went to high school? STOP, don't sign this form, it will be used later against you? 

4. The sales person at Colorado Technical Univeristy On-line, use tactics like, imagine what you could do with a B.S. degree, how more money you could earn etc......lies and lies, and more lies! 

5. They mis-lead me to believe that a job was quaranteed upon graduation, but the program was designed to make you fail before the first year is over? Just enough time for them to ciphen money from the goverment in small amount from multiple lenders? I found out about this, when the last lender raise a red flag, and called to let know was i aware of the school borrowing against my name? 

6. Once Colorado Tehcnical University Borrowes the minium target amount, they withdraw from school with a debt they create as you occupied taking 9th grade level high school course for same amount a class would cost at Stanford University!

7. So now you are withdrawn from school, No transcript, (by the way, none of course are even transferrable to local junior college), No education, not allowed to enroll back into school without a high school diploma? But your stuck with a DEBT that is rediculous! PURE FRAUD.....by false prentenses and Deception!

8. Once you realized you where scammed, the school ignores you and neglects your best interest and complaint.

9. The application used by CTU is incorrect and untrue? The Information gather by them from me was manipulated to avoid a red flag by the Department Of Education, because FAFSA requires all students to be high school graduate before funding is release! So they lies, and used fraudulent forms like a "attestation of High School" (which has the wrong information on it) to bypass the norm).

10. The school uses or used too when they enrolled me, a electronical signature box? which signs all the documents at once without you able to see or be able to PROOF read anything for errors to submit for funding!

11. The nerve on these crooks, after they put me into debt using FRAUDULENT information! They tried again in 2008, and 2016 to sign me back up into the same program with the same old fraudulent application and information, to create even a bigger debt! Not once they did stop and ask me for a high school diploma, or give a entrance exam to see if i could benefit from all this nothing? 

12. I stop them in there fraud scheme......here i am not fighting to get the money they took by fraud back to the "Department Of Education"

The school and its owner Career Eduction Corps, have already been sued by the Attorney General in Mulltiple states! Here is a cut and paste example of the news report from the news agency!

"Our investigation gave us a pretty clear picture of how Colorado Technical University Online (Career Education Corps) lured prospective students into its programs, and how many students left the program with unfulfilled promises and oftentimes tremendous debt," said Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller"

"Operating essentially as a recruitment mill, Career Education Corps actions were not only a violation of federal law but also a violation of the trust placed in them by their students -- including veterans and working parents -- all at taxpayer expense," said U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch in a statement."

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE ONLINE SCHOOLS. THEY ARE LIES AFTER LIES, If you want to go to college? Start with the local once near you and or go to a normal one like Stanford or Yale...etc.....they also have online programs!
