Coloramo Federal Credit Union Mandy They lied to me to get me to pay them Grand Junction, Colorado

I owed them 2,845.26 on a credit card that was blocked because I went  over the 3000 dollar limit and was making payments on it. I offered to pay the entire card off as long as they would unblock my card and leave it at the 3000 dollar limit. I made Mandy (the head of credit there) promise many times that there would be no problem reinstating my card at

3000 dollars before I paid them because I wanted to make sure I didn't ose that money. As soon as I paid it she said she was lowering my credit limit to 1000 dollars, thus breaking all her promises and making herself a liar. I need that money back.
