Colossal Companies LLC Colossal Preservation Never Paid For Work, Liars, Scammers, Cheaters, Ripoff, Dont Do It tempe Arizona

I first like to say that I never thought I would be doing something like this to a fellow small business, so for me to do this to someone else trying to make a living and provide themselves it has to be really bad.

Now thats out the way, I am now doing this so no one else make the same mistake I made. Colossal Companies/Colossal Preservation has basically caused me to lose over $3000. I contacted them in the central Ohio area about doing some property preservation work, I am a contractor and have a team of guys always looking for jobs in this field so they can provide. 

Bernard Chambers is the guy behind it all, he's the main and only contact, he claims he has a team but its just him acting a a full business when in actuality he scams his subcontractors. I started a job for him on December 7, 2016, it was drywall, doors, locks, painting, and carpet laying. I finished everything in the time allowed. I was originally told I would be paid net-10 meaning 10 days after the invoice was received. When I didn't receive funds in 10 days I didn't think too much into it since it was around Christmas and he did tell me that the funds may be postponed and I try to be understanding since I run my own business, I know how people get away during this holiday.

Fast forward, to January 15, (which is plenty of time after the holidays) Im also not a pest about things, mainly because I understand dealing with banks and business. So, he later told me that I did not turn in my invoice back in December and that I need to turn it in again, and that it will be a 45-60 day wait for funds. At this time, Im starting to worry, but theres not much I can do, also my business is going well (10k-15k a month) so Im ok. 

So, on day 60 I reach out to them and I get no respond for days, I later get a respond and bernard say that his office was burned down and that all his papers were destroyed (lies) his office is actually his apartment and it wasn't burned down at all. Today its April 17, 2017 and I've been emailing, calling, and texting which is no use, its like im bugging. So I decided to write to you good people who have been contacted by them to tell you to not do it.
