I have recently discovered on my credit report that I owe money from a past account with Columbia House DVD. I have never been a part of this company and I feel like i am being ripped off here. Neither Columbia House nor the credit collection agency will or can tell me any information on the owed amount other than the fact that I owe it....when in fact I shouldn't.
