colt score sense my phone broke couldn't get into email to cancel ,called them after I saw 29.95 was taken out cancelled my subscription was told to call back after 2 days to see if I got refunded which I was denied and was told they put it through again did not get refund again but saw they charged my account 1.00 again Internet

Called to cancel my subscription and saw they charged my account 1.00 again, a s med for refund on the 29.95 due to my phone broke and couldn't get into email to cancel. Was told they filled a report and I was denied,do to I couldn't get into my email it screwed my account . But I'm suppose to get refund on the 1.00 , it was charged the day I cancelled my subscription.go figure suppose to help find credit scores and you get slammed with double charge
