Columbia Telecommunication Group Inc. ripoff - sent me bad check for rebate on two way radios Farmingdale New York

I bought two way radios in Sep 2003 from Frys Electronics. After calling Columbia several times, I finally got the rebate check in April 2004, but to my surprise it was a bad check. The check came back with a note that their bank account was closed. The bank's name is: The Suffolk County National Bank, West Babylon, New York 11704.

My bank charged me fees for bad check. Now when I try to call Columbia at their 800 number, it goes in their voice mail and no one ever picks up the phone.
