Customer short paid us $900.00 stating that it cost $900 for laborers to load a trailer. We did not authorize that our company was going to pay for the lumper but they actually guarantee the lumper service with the laborers. Then after the fact short paid our company. We have send several emails and phone calls and they have ignored all phone calls with us.
