When I purchased this policy in 2004 I was told it covered any injuries at work or home and paid for days lost . I now find out that it doe's not cover any preexisting conditions  !!

You wrote this 9 years after you purchased the contract.  Pre-existing should not be a concern at all now.  AND When an agent came to sell me my plan they specifically told me about pre-existing not being covered, it was written on the application, and the back of the worksheet that he filled out. Not to mention it was also in the Contract.  PLUS lets keep in pmind that this is insurance.  Just like with car insurance or home owners insurance, they all cover you incase something happens after you get the insurance, not the other way around.
