Comcast called several times they had a deal for 114.oo a month now they r charging 300.oo dollars had spoke to 3 people and one was names william santoes and he the onewho said they wouls knock off 120.00 and a gifr card that somethign was wrong with the computer that day well i called two day later like he told me and my bill was still 300.00 call agin teperson was very rude hung up on me Culpeper Virginia

my name is patricia i have delt with comcast for awhile they had a special going on for 114.00 dollars a month well when i got my bill it was 303.00 and i called them up comcast well i spoke the forst time to a william santoes and he gasve me a deal and took a 100,00 off my bill and check back in serval days well i did and my bill was still the same so i called again the gentel man was very rude to me and sid he could not help mw i tried to explain what the other man had told me and when i asked to speak to his supervisor he said u r speaking to me not my supervisor i feel i havent been treaedright ot did they keep there bargin on there deal i hope u can help me on my problem thank you
