Comcast Comcast changes service orders to higher than ordered service and refuses a refund. Vero Beach Flordia Nationwide

Teminated internet service on a no contract agreement.  Comcast instead of terminating service puts service on vacation mode and takes $6 monthly fee off of credit they owe me for paid in advance service.  They never send bills showing 6 dollar fees, and then they reinstitute service after 6 months and never advise me...then they up the service from 25 speed to 50 Blast and bill me over $114 dollars for this unauthorized service, which when I learned of it found that it didn't even work.

Trying to resolve problem took over 3 hours and half a bottle of xanex and still no resolution.  I cancelled all Comcast service and am prepared to go to Court over this $114, even if it cost me two thousand dollars.   Go elsewhere for TV service and just up your Data plan with AT& T or Horizon....don't need wif fi other than for downloading movies on demand.  I will do without, just not to deal with a Company like Comcast and all of the foriegners you have to deal with at the call centers...not that the american sites are any better.
