Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
ok so we were late a month on payment that's when the 3 times a day phone harrasment started.. they have called my cell phone every day 3 times a day for being behind $50... when I get caught up I will never charge another thing from J.C. Penny's card so FYI don't get a card from J. C. Pennies unless you want them to blow up your phone 3 times a day every day until you pay them off.

If you were just one payment late, why do you need to get "caught up"? It was you who turned on their collections machine by being late. If you don't like being called by bill collectors, simple remedy, you pay your bills on time! Go ahead and stomp your feet if you like!
