Comfortable Movers, Movers overcharging Toronto Ontario

I hired the service of Comfortable Movers and my contact person is Harry. He told me over the phone he will charge me $40/hour and $20 transfer fee plus one hour travelling time. They asked me for downpayment of $450 and will return my extra upon completion of job. They did not even help in bringing stuffs to the truck. All they did was carry two wardrobes. We arranged our things in their truck.

When we went to the second place to get more items, they asked for another $200. I called Harry but he said it's company rule. I gave him $150 just to finish things because they are wasting time calling their company. All they brought down was parts of the bed that we dismantled. They won't go to the final destination if I don't pay them the total charge which is $1,081 or else they will unload everything and will just leave it at the parking lot. My husband said we will just pay because we are left with no other choice. When they finished unloading at the final place, they were just making phone calls. They just left us from there.

I need refund of my money.
