Comfy Night OPerating through kickstarter, they stole the money of many of their backers by never delivering the promised product.

Comfy Night has done three separate Kickstarter campaigns. The second campaign ended several months ago, but many of the backer never received their products. Kickstarter is not willing to intercede and has even allowed the company to begin a third campaign before refunding or delivering the promised product to their backers from the second campaign.

The company does not respond to inquiries and has a fake address and phone number on their website. The email address returns as undeliverable and messaging them on kickstarter is unsuccessful.

They have taken payment in full for product + shipping, but have not ensured the successful delivery of that product. They will not give refunds either. Despite their website promising a 60 day money back guarantee. Many people were supposed to get their products more than 60 days ago and have still never received anything.
