I own three entities that were contracted with Community Care Inc. to provide long term care services to its members in a group home setting. Community Care Inc. has refused to pay for services rendered for June 2013 thru August 2, 2013. I have invoiced Community Care Inc. on numerous occasions and they have refused to send at the very least an explanation of benefits denying payment of the claims submitted.

I'm looking for Community Care Inc. to either pay the claims or send an explanation of benefits denying the payment of the claims. This is the least this "non-profit" organization that profited ten million dollars in 2012 could do.
