I Purchased 2 1 gig athlon processors from comp-recycle. When they finally arrived (they were shipped cod) I tested them and they were both bad.
I sent numerous emails, and after about a months time they finally sent me an RMA number.
I returned the defective processors, and haven't seen or heard anything from them yet.
They didn't reply to several emails, and now their email address has been terminated due to a user service agreement violation.
Now I have no processors at all,(I fealt better about having bad ones than having none at all) and am out the money.

Comp-recycle is the online store. "The Computer Store" is an actual storefront business location owned and operated by the same shady character today.
The name has changed but its still the same bad business practice online and storefront.
'The Computer Store' can't be found on rippoff report yet. I'm waiting to file my report on his new company until my small claims suit is over. Which I doubt he will even appear. Good luck getting my $1600.00 back..... right.....

I assume he's excited to hear back from all the people he's screwed...

I find it hard to believe that the Comp-Recycle website is still up and running. Aparently with the same items that were on it nearly 4 years ago.
I just placed a large COD order with them. Lets see if the scammers keep good records, or if they are stupid enough to ship that order. If they ship it I will of course refuse it.
Hard to believe in this day and time, a scam artist website like this could be kept up this long with no real law enforcement intervention.
