General manager refuses to refund over $8,000.00 that Compass Self Storage in Neptune, NJ has charged us. Female front desk worker saw dead rat and rodent fecal matter all over our stored belongings. She even took photos of this and she said she would immediately send it to the manager. She said manager would contact us. Over a month goes by and we never get a call. I call and ask for managers number. I call him. He is located in Delaware. He says no refund! I am asking again for our $8,000.00 back!!! I will keep posting so consumers know! We want our money back! Everything was thrown out by your company due to rodents!
