I SPOKE TO A NICOLE HARRIS ABOUT GETTING A BETTER RATE ON MY MORTGAGE. THIS PERSON OR THING WAS JUST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
SHE WAS BURPING ON THE PHONE, THEN WAS EATING CELARY STICKS. SHE SOUNDED LIKE A FAT COW. I HAVE THE BEST CREDIT. SHE TRIED CHARGING ME APPROX. 15000.00 IN CLOSING COSTS. SHE STATES THAT THE COMPANY GIVES 125% LTV LOANS. THEN I HAD TO LAUGH I COULD HER PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUNG TALKING. " SOME WAS SAYING TO JUST FUDGE THE INCOME."
THEN SHE ENDED THE CONVERSATION BY SAYING TOOT TOOT. WHAT A JOKE!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CALLED COMPETIVE POOP!
