Complete Automotive Repair Services - CARS Or CRAP Failed to cover repairs that were covered by contract Murrysville Pennsylvania

This company is crap. My vehicle broke down and the transfere case for my 4x4 was messed up. The repair place have been very good to me and followed the instructions gave to them by CARS. The CARS customer service Brian or Brad told the Repair people CARS wouldnt cover the components. The reason was Brian thought that there was a Pin that failed that wasnt covered.

The repair company called another transmission shop and had their tech that worked for Honda come by and look at it. The Tech told my repair facility that there is no way to be sure that a Pin caused the 4x4 to fail and the front left wheel be locked. I called Brian or Brad and asked what was going on and was told that the Pin was not lubricated there for not covered.

First of all the repair Tech and staff and owner couldnt verify that the Pin was the cause. Even if the Pin was the cause the Pin is internal and it is lubricated. So to make a long story short. CARS is a rip off. Paid 800 bucks for the warranty and now looking at a min of 1400 bucks of non paid repair bills.

It makes me want my truck to break down now so that CARS would have to pay. Something like my engine going or transmission. Something covered. To anyone who uses this service. Call them and report any warranty work, lock out, tow and use rental. Get your money out of them one way or another.
