Complete Home Repair LLC Maynard Barber Built A dangerous and pathetic Patio screened in room Boise Idaho

Maynard Barber of Complete Home Repair really disappointed me.  He was a subcontractor For Liberty Tubs he came out and installed our walk-in-tub and as it turns out he never filed for a permit to install it, which has caused me some problems.   He also installed a water heater for us and as it turns out he never filed for a permit for that job either.   The worst thing of all is that he built a screened in porch for us and again he never got a permit or draw up site plans and submit them to the HOA for approval as required. 

He did not build it to city code and he used indoor only building material for an outside project.  Not only did he not build it to code and use the wrong building material he used some kind of glue that we can not get off of our house and has ruined the siding of our house.  As it turns out the job was so subpar the contractor who took it down was able to pull much of it apart by hand as it was not constructed well at all.  Maynard drilled many holes in our concrete pad to try to secure it down and it was not secure to well at all, it was very shaky and the material he used would have started to dissolve in the rain. 

The material he used was for building indoor shelving and he glued it to our home......He left a lot of gaps that would have allowed rain to ruin our siding.   The room started to fall apart one week after he finished it. Since it never would have passed inspection and was a subpar structure that was not up to city code and built onto another illegal structure that was deteriorating we had to hire another contractor to take it down as the whole structure was on the verge of collapse. 

Our Contractor and expert witness has taken over 50 pictures detailing Maynard's faulty work.  I have contacted an Attorney who said it looks like we have a strong case against Maynard Barber "Complete Home Repair LLC if we choose to take legal action, whoever I would prefer to settle it out of court.

  It will cost me aprox. $10,000.00 to restore my home to it's original condition prior to his terrible job.   As a licensed contractor he should have known that the patio roof he was framing to was not up to code and was also faulty and was starting to deteriorate, but he just added to it and made the situation a lot worse.
