Over-promise and under-deliver. Absolute horrible expierence. David Olsen is a con-man. My yard looks better than it did before he started, but I did not get what we talked about. His craftmanship is horrible. His finishings are still 4 weeks later incomplete. The finished pictures his post online are not his work. I found out so much about this guy after the fact. He did not pay the sod supplier and now that company is breathing down my back. He dodged me for 3 weeks and only came back out after I had to make a surprise visit to his home office. Check gwinnett county's court website, he rips alot of people off. Has been sued and served jail time for not doing right by people. Even his wife Jennifer gets sued. Warning you, stay away from David Olsen and Complete Landscape Solutions. This project was over $6500. Never asked him for a discount, never argued his price. He is incompetent to do the work his is trying to do. He does not have a consious about screwing people over. Stay away from this man.
