Complete Savings has been harging my credit card $12.00 per month without any authorization for more than a year Shelton, Internet

I just discovered that Complete Savings has been charging my credit card $12.00 per month since July 2009.  I never signed up with them and have never received any statements from them. 

Their automated phone system says I can cancel my "membership" any time, but to do that I need my membership number, which I was never given.  Therefore, I have to wait until the office is open.  I called Bank of America, my credit card company, and may have to pursue this as a fraud case.

With all the complaints I've read about Complete Savings, don't understand why this company hasn't been prosecuted.
