I ordered a product, a SAMPLE, of $5, the shipping would have been free. I was charged for two products, in spite of my emailing them directly after I got their email response to my purchase, telling them I did NOT order the second product.

They continued charging it to my credit card, then added an additional product of $19.99, whereafter their friend-in-fraud-company Complyments charged my credit card for something I've never even received for $3.95

A month later I got charged again for something (NO IDEA FOR WHAT!??!!) for $89.99, and again thereafter got charged by their friend-in-crime company Complyments for something $1.95.

Topdietoffer is part of Turbo Colon Cleanser.com . As reported in main complaint, they ripped me off by deducting from my credit card, even without sending me any products. They also have a sister-company which charged me for transactions I have no clue of ! That Beauty company is "Complyments".

complyments.com i ordered a free product and just had to pay shipping. no strings attached. A month later i recieved the product again and was charged 178.98 dollars. i called them got a return # and then shipped them. I had tracking on the packaged they recieved it June 12th it is now july 14 and I have recieved no credit Internet

Complyments.com This company advertises a free trial offer but then charges a monthly fee of $90. I have asked them to cancel the order but they have not done so. I have been charged twice for a product I did not want. Aurora Colorado

Complyments.com I was charged around $90 for a product I didn't order. The only thing I ordered said was free except shipping and handling. I have already called them before and told them to cancel this but they didn't. My husband is furious because I can't afford to pay for this which I was told was free. They have charged me twice for one product and for this one. Can u help? Aurora Colorado
