Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Well, they came to another town again... Wilmington, NC and ripped the poor folks off again!! I bought a computer that was supposed to be new and of course when I got home and opened the box...It was definately used, worn and cracked in a few places. Can't get a hold of them to help me out!!! Then I check the receipt again and they have checked some boxes AFTER I signed the thing!!! Has on there as-is and not new checked. Well they scammed me out of $440.00 - this was supposed to be a gift for my grand son and I can not even get it to work!!! I am so mad - so buyers beware of the scamming company!!!

I beleive this falls under the anti-piracey laws goverened by the FBI. You say that your company can be contacted?, then why is your company phone number voicemail, and no one ever calls back with tech support? I will be filing this complaint with the FBI, by the way they already have a file on you and your company relating to piracey complaints.

When we sell laptops all transactions are made face to face. The customer can open up the properties in the computer to check out the manufacturer date, the memory space and all the other specifics on the laptop of their choice. We are only there to sell and not to explain to people how to use the computer. Everything on display is what we sell. If the customer doesnt want to buy a "cracked, used and worn" computer they DO NOT HAVE TO. We do not force people to buy anything from us.
Fortunately for us we have a lot of customers and many of whom are very satisfied with their purchases.
If for some reason they are not, we do have a wonderful customer service team that may be reached at during our business hours, which are posted on the sales receipt.
We do have time to respond to complaints and we most definitely have time to take care of our customer needs.

Because people, in their never ending quest for the "great deal", insisting on buying high priced electronics from a fly by night company they've never heard of. Most scams and cons operate on this principle. Most of the time knowing who you are dealing with is more important than the price.

I am one of the consumers to be scammed by these people and so many of these complaints sound very familiar to me. My situation has never been settled and I still have my pc that only serves as a "paper weight". With so many complaints, I wonder how these clowns can still be in business. I have been working with the people in my state to get compu- electronics banned from the state of Minnesota. Good luck to all that have had dealings with these cheats.
