Bill two months in a row by ILD Teleservices for compufixonlinecsupprtmt that was never authorized. Called after first bill and told if would be cleared, but showed up again. Frontier credited both bills. Not sure why Frontier allows corrupt companies to bill through their services.
Last call to ILD never got answered. Had to leave message. No call back yet.
