*UPDATE Employee: Need Order Info.
I submitted all information requested soon after I ordered the item. They acknowledged receipt , but did not say any info was missing. 4 weeks later they turned me down. Said I filed late- a lie. No ID , they should have called me asking for it or emailed me. Neither. Just kept my refund.

We're sorry your rebate was not approved. If you followed the vendor's rebate terms and conditions, we can contact them and get the denial overturned. We strive for customer satisfaction and though the rebates are offered and sponssored directly by the vendors or manufacturers, we can intercede and make it right.
