I returned computer in January for a replacement. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT OR MY OLD COMPUTER OR A PHONE CALL FROM COMPUTER PROS.
The Arizona BBB - closed the case and tells me to file a police report for a stolen computer and then go to small claims for the max amount. Says they will support me against this deadbeat business. Turns out the manufacturer has never heard of them.
DO NOT PURCHASE COMPUTERS - or get service from them!! You may never see your computer again!!!!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!
