After I bought the software product "Average Security Suite Software" off this person , he sent me a receipt without any contact info, such as email, phone number and I don't remember the website that I bought it off of. I want a refund but can't find anything on this person. I sent an email to the AVERAGE TECHNOLOGIES that owns the software and they said that there is no reseller with this name.
