If the customer felt the system arrived defective, they could have contacted us within 30 days of receiving their order in the mail, to request an RMA for the return of the system to be repaired or replacement with that of an equal or greater system.
It's also hard to tell from the aforementioned complaint if the customer setup and configured the server properly, as it's not "a plug and play affair". There is a service manual available for those servers on the net. Customers best bet would be to trouble-shoot the problem from there.
